The standard rates are inclusive of all taxs,  and are good for all days but excluding week ends & holidays which are subject to 20% peak surcharge . However, we offer 15% off for bookings made for 3 nights or more (except Cantoon Fair, CNY, Xmas, Easter).  If transportation is needed on request, it has to be paid separately. All rates should be paid in cash in RMB or its equivalent in HK$ upon check-in. 

To show our commitment to the society, 15 % of the rate is to be donated to Sowers Action ( 苗圃行動 ) to help education in China.

Standard rates quoted hereunder are in RMB per night. (We also accept HK$)  Exchange rate US$1= RMB7.0=HK$7.8
