Dear Jimmy
Thanks for your email. We really had a good time there. The house was clean. Mui Jie was a nice, helpful lady and the driver she recommended was also very helpful.
Yes, we do have a few comments for you:
1) The toilet fan in room B was not working. Please arrange to repair it because there was a gas water heater.
2) Suggest you to put thicker mattresses in room B.
3) It would be better to put a copy of the bus routing on the door for visitors\' easy reference.
4) Please keep an update of the activities in the Villa. The 4 wheels drive had been closed. That disappointed my boys.

Sorry for late reply and thanks for your kind arrangement and fully services at JJ. We are glad to stay at your house and we all enjoy the holiday but just want to tell you that the shower water is not enough in the master room. Hope this will be improved.

首先要多謝 Jimmy 的安排和給我的意見,我們非常滿意今次兩日一夜的旅程, Hse 1 十分整潔,空調又足夠, 加上妹姐的熱誠,真是十分愉快, 特別是要多謝妹姐, 因為我們的枕頭不夠, 她主動替我們潻加, 就算我有不清楚的地方時時打電話問她, 她都會有耐性地回答,又為我們安排車出入長隆,我都要多謝司機叔叔溤生,他好準時和好 nice, 你們令到我們 (15 個人) 都感到非常開心及滿意，令我們樂而忘返。
我一定會將這舒適的環境介紹給朋友知道 ! 再一次多謝你們 !

Thank you very much for your e-mail. Second time to visit your villa. That is great for us and we had a very good time there. I appreciate for your excellent service & Ivy as well. You are very helpful. The house is excellent!
The driver Mr. Lee is also a very nice guy. He recommended a restaurant to us for late night.
